11+ Daily is coming: a fairer, friendlier way to prepare for the 11 Plus
11+ Daily is almost here. After a long period of quiet building and testing with real families, we are planning to open the app publicly in the coming weeks. Here is what it is, why we are building it, and how to be among the first to try it.
What 11+ Daily is
11+ Daily is a UK 11 Plus revision app built for real family life. The aim from day one has been simple: make preparation genuinely affordable, genuinely effective, and something children will come back to without being nagged.
The app covers the three core subjects tested across UK grammar and selective schools:
- English. Vocabulary, antonyms and synonyms, tuned to the kind of word-level work that shows up in the real papers.
- Maths. Graded question difficulty with clear working, focused on the arithmetic, reasoning and problem-solving patterns that come up again and again.
- Verbal Reasoning. All the standard GL Assessment question types, practised in short sets rather than marathon papers.
Why we are building it
The 11 Plus is stressful enough for families without the added pressure of hundreds of pounds a month on tutors and revision packs. Good tools should not depend on budget. We wanted an app that treats children with respect, keeps sessions short and focused, and gives parents a clear picture of what is actually improving.
Built around daily habits, not marathon sessions
Most children do not need more long worksheets after school. They need a short, consistent loop that actually sticks. 11+ Daily uses spaced repetition to bring back the questions a child got wrong, keeps sessions short, and rewards streaks and progress so coming back tomorrow feels worthwhile rather than a chore.
Clear for parents
Parents and guardians can see exactly what is happening without interrupting the child. Accuracy by topic, Weak Points that need attention, and a simple view of whether practice is actually moving the needle. No guesswork, no pretending a pile of completed worksheets equals real progress.
One account, every device
The app will work on web, iPhone and Android with a single login, so your child can practise wherever suits: the kitchen table, the back of the car, or a quiet ten minutes before bed.
